  1. 1.      ELIGIBILITY

 

Must be over the age of 18 years of age.  Must be a US Citizen with a valid address, email, and name.

 

  1. 2.      CONTEST PERIOD

 

Robert Pierre “I’m All In” CD Contest opens at 12:00 am (midnight) on Thursday 11th, August, 2011, and closes at 11:59 pm on Thursday 25th, August, 2011 (“Contest Period”).

 

  1. 3.      HOW TO ENTER

 

All Entrants will be required to fill out their information via: www.proverbslifemagazine.com/contests to enter.  Their information will automatically enter into the Proverbs Life Magazine database.

 

  1. 4.      SELECTION OF WINNERS

 

All submissions will be judged by the Proverbs Life Magazine staff.

 

Winners shall be announced on August 26, 2011 and will be contacted via telephone or email, announced in the local media and published on www.proverbslifemagazine.com and WOKB 1680AM Gospel Radio.

 

All winners will be required complete, sign and return a Release Agreement with regard to winning of the prize within seven (7) days of attempted notification or the prize may be forfeited.

 

Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited.

As such, Proverbs Life Magazine, LLC shall not liable for violations of any third-party rights, including, but not limited to, claims of copyright, trademark, patent infringement, defamation, trade secrets, or trade dress on the part of the Entrant.  All entrants will automatically be entered into our newsletter database where they will receive FREE newsletters.

 

All winners will be required complete, sign and return a Release Agreement with regard to the transfer of copyright in the essay paper submitted, within seven (7) days of attempted notification or the Prize may be forfeited.
